Students & Internships

Meaningful Work

At PointClickCare we are committed to ensuring that every co-op and intern is hired into a role where they’ll be able to learn new skills and put their education into action. Students provide us with feedback after each term, so we’re always striving to improve our Campus Program.

Growth Potential

We view new grad hiring as a critical piece to our workforce planning strategy. Students often return for multiple co-op placements, and we have converted many graduating students and former co-ops into full time employees. We also offer job shadowing opportunities to provide you with greater exposure beyond the job you’ve been hired for.

Social Events

At PointClickCare, we’re known for our “work hard, play hard” culture, and this extends to co-ops and interns too! Whether it’s lunches, team building events or ping pong tournaments, you’ll have an opportunity to network with your peers and build relationships outside of your program.

Lots of Support and Opportunities

“My Co-op placement has been the best opportunity for me. The people I worked with were truly interested in my professional growth and success. Working for PointClickCare has given me a glimpse of my future career and helped me develop long-term goals that are both realistic and achievable too. My learning with this organization was phenomenal. Each day was a new experience and provided a new learning opportunity. I was constantly challenged and forced to be outside of my comfort zone.”

Co-op Terms were helpful in preparing me for my full-time role

“My two co-op terms as a QA analyst with PointClickCare were enormously helpful for preparing me for a full-time role as an automation QA analyst with the company. As a co-op, my personal goal was to improve my understanding of test automation, and I am fortunate that the teams I worked with were supportive of my goal and helped me achieve it. My time as a co-op enabled me to improve my programming and technical skills beyond what I learned at school, which proved to be an asset during my transition into a full-time position with PointClickCare.”
