Students & Internships

Meaningful Work:

At PointClickCare we are committed to ensuring that every co-op and intern is hired into a role where they’ll be able to learn new skills and put their education into action. Students provide us with feedback after each term, so we’re always striving to improve our Campus Program.

Growth Potential:

We view new grad hiring as a critical piece to our workforce planning strategy. Students often return for multiple co-op placements, and we have converted many graduating students and former co-ops into full time employees. We also offer job shadowing opportunities to provide you with greater exposure beyond the job you’ve been hired for.

Social Events:

At PointClickCare, we’re known for our “work hard, play hard” culture, and this extends to co-ops and interns too! Whether it’s lunches, team building events or ping pong tournaments, you’ll have an opportunity to network with your peers and build relationships outside of your program.

Lots of Support and Opportunities

“I completed three co-op terms with PointClickCare in the last 2 years, and was fortunate to land a full-time position upon graduating. PointClickCare offered me a lot of support and opportunities as a student and continues to do so as an employee. My experience with PointClickCare has been phenomenal, and it is largely due to our company culture that focuses primarily on work/life balance and learning and development.”

Treated like a Full-Time Employee

“Working at PointClickCare as a co-op student has been life-changing (and no, I’m not just saying that). I’ve learned that enjoying work is not only possible, but expected. I’ve learned that I can constantly learn what I want to learn, and I am treated like any other full-time employee, not just a co-op. I’m given so many opportunities to shadow other departments and employees, which has been so valuable for me.”

Co-op Terms were helpful in preparing me for my full-time role

“My two co-op terms as a QA analyst with PointClickCare were enormously helpful for preparing me for a full-time role as an automation QA analyst with the company. As a co-op, my personal goal was to improve my understanding of test automation, and I am fortunate that the teams I worked with were supportive of my goal and helped me achieve it. My time as a co-op enabled me to improve my programming and technical skills beyond what I learned at school, which proved to be an asset during my transition into a full-time position with PointClickCare.”
